Can't fault my experience with YARDLEY MOTOR TRADE LTD one bit, very friendly sales people who aren't pushy at all. I was given the keys to the car I was looking at and allowed to have a thorough look at it in my own time. Also test drove the car for as long as I needed. Car was beautifully presented and maintained, very fair price. All-around 5-star experience, would recommend this dealership to anyone.

From the moment I visited their site,which contained a wide array of cars,mostly at very reasonable prices,my first conclusion was that they were interested in selling me a car meeting my needs and expectations.This is certainly different from the majority of garages pushing one to take out highly expensive finance deals.The next day,having visited with my wife for her to test drive our selected vehicle,this feeling was reinforced. Early days yet having finished the purchase only yesterday,but I do believe I bought an excellent vehicle,from a highly professional car sales operation,the is straight,professional and above all a very good business to deal with.

Yardley Motor Trade Ltd The experience started off well when we got to the garage. Test drove the car, there was obvious signs of its age but as far as we could tell all seemed well. My son really loved the car and for his first car we thought it would be ideal. Problems started less than a month after having the car. The car has now been in the garage twice since we brought it home and we’ve not even had it a month! To be fair to the garage they did offer to pay for the first repair which was appreciated, however when the exhaust completely fell off due to the state it was in I contacted the garage and after a lot of chasing (on my part) they didn’t want to know and told me it was wear and tear! So my teenage son now finds himself nearly £400 out of pocket to replace an exhaust etc less than a month after having spent all his savings on buying the car. The exhaust was so rusted and in such a state the whole thing snapped and had to be replaced. Whilst I appreciate when you buy an older vehicle things will be worn and will go wrong but I would have hoped it wouldn’t be in the first month of owning the car. Plus there was no way we could have known about this problem unless we had the car up on a ramp and had we known we may not have even bought it. We bought the car in good faith and I find it hard to believe that the garage wouldn’t have been aware of the problem unless they didn’t check the car over prior to sale which is a worry. We feel really let down by the response (or lack of) from the garage and to be honest wouldn’t advise going there unless you take the car for a good check up before you part with any money! Wish someone had warned me. Oh and when they proudly tell you nobody has claimed on the warrantee they supply with the car, there is a reason for that (it’s useless!)
