Dissapointed

Disappointed to be honest. Checked the car, offside rear tyre needed pumping up, told "no problem, we'll sort it before you collect". Collected the car a week later and guess what happened 10 minutes down the road? I understand the car is "sold as seen" but you knew there was an issue so you over inflated the tyre so the TPSI showed everything was OK in the car. So I'm afraid you're getting just one star I'm afraid.

I bought my first car from Yardley after finding the one i liked on AutoTrader. We contacted them straight away and depostied for the next day pick up. Upon arrival they were ready for us to check and test the car, which we were very happy with. Handover and form signing was quick and efficient. A few days later we found an error unknown by Yardley with the car. We got it repaired and contacted Yardley to let them know, to which they offered to cover the cost of the repair entirely. The company is very proffessional and i would reccommend.

Decent cars and Friendly staff

Very friendly staff, helped me to find the right car. They had no issues with test driving a couple of different cars. Paperwork was all handled efficiently. They even helped out with part ex my old car and retrieving personal items I left in it after leaving the forecourt.

Perfect service when i bought a ford mondeo back in October, these guys couldnt be more helpful, very chilled out with no pressure to buy and car was better than advertised, they even waited on a sunday as we got caught in traffic. will definately recommend to anyone.

Great experience overall

One is always apprehensive about buying a 2nd hand car as the consumer is not always protected. We had recently brought a 2nd hand car back in March and had nothing but trouble with the car so decided to sell. We brought another 2nd hand car from yardley motor trade Ltd and due to past experience were dubious. However to date the car has been reliable, and in great condition and the sales team were happy to answer any of our questions and happy to show us every last inch of the car even offering a test drive. It is rare and refreshing to deal with friendly honest sales people and they will be seeing us again should we ever look to buy!

I can only review according to my experience. I texted this garage twice and sent an email and my ex husband rang and left a voicemail about a car we liked for my son's first car. Never had a response to any of my enquiries which was disappointing, so we took our business elsewhere.
